Bulgarian Hockey Federation and Serbian Hockey Federation worked together to ‘twin’ and organise a training camp for the senior teams of two of their bigger clubs: NSA Sofia and Spartak EV Subotica.

The camp was hosted by the Serbian town of Banja Kanjiza, which also served to bring a great display of hockey to a new town.

The Bulgarian team is participating in this weekend’s EuroHockey Indoor Club Challenge I in Budapest, Hungary. The Bulgarian U16 national team also participated in the camp, as did another Serbian Club who joined for a few friendly matches, Elektrovojvodina Novi Sad.

Developing the young club players and improving their skill was the technical component of the camp, but it also served to foster stronger cooperation between the two neighboring hockey associations.
